Rafilis Multizone is professional multi-zone audio management software for Windows. It lets a hotel, restaurant, bar or venue play different music in each physical area (lobby, restaurant, spa, pool, etc.) from a single dashboard, with smart scheduling, ASIO/WASAPI output, and a mobile remote control.

How many audio zones can Rafilis Multizone manage?

PRO is unlimited. Practically, a single PC with a multi-channel USB audio interface comfortably runs 8–16 independent stereo zones. Larger venues (20+ zones) use the built-in master-node networking to add additional PCs without adding subscription cost.

Does Rafilis Multizone support ASIO?

Yes. Rafilis Multizone supports both ASIO and WASAPI audio drivers. ASIO is recommended for low-latency announcement systems and integration with pro audio interfaces. WASAPI exclusive mode is the default for background music applications and works with any USB audio interface without vendor drivers.

Do I need a music licence to use Rafilis Multizone in my hotel?

Yes — but the licence is separate from the software. Rafilis Multizone is the playback and management platform; the music itself requires a public-performance licence from your country's rights organization (PRS+PPL in the UK, GEMA in Germany, ASCAP+BMI+SESAC in the US, MÜ-YAP+MSG in Turkey, etc.). Rafilis does not provide the music — you supply your own legally-sourced files or commercial streaming feed.
